After accurate researches, “Le Thujae di Villa Carel” has selected a company. Our olive groves and oil mill are situated in the country surrounding the town of Itri. The company produces white olives and black Gaeta olives and from their careful selection the “Itrana” variety is obtained.

The cheese dairy is located in a high mountain area at an altitude of 1400 m. in the province of Isernia.
It is a family business composed of three brothers, who, in 1988, decided to process their cattle’ s milk.
