White truffle Sauces

Ingredients: cream 70%, butter, parmesan, eggs, white truffle (tuber magnatum pico), starch, salt, spices.

How to use it: It is ideal for flavouring home made tagliatelle and fettuccine, it can also be spread on croutons and toasted bread slices.

Expiry term 24 months.

Porcini mushrooms and white truffles

Glass jar 80 gr.  Boxes of 24 pieces

Ingredients: porcini mushrooms (edulis boletus), white truffle (tuber magnatum pico), olive oil, salt, spices.

How to use it: It is ideal for main course dishes with tagliatelle or risotto.

Expiry term 24 months.

Bianchetto

Glass jar 80 gr.  Boxes of 24 pieces

Ingredients: champignon mushrooms, Bianchetto truffle (t. borchii vitti), salt, spices.

How to use it: this type of truffle grows in March and April and is also known as Marzuolo. It is less exquisite than the white truffle and has a garlic taste. It is ideal for preparing croutons.
