Winter and summer Black Truffle

The Black Truffle, either the summer or the winter one, is more rustic and easier to find.Thanks to the peculiar climatic conditions of Molise highlands, it doesn’t dry up during the summer months, therefore the product is always excellent, even in the worst years. The winter one is present in abundance, thanks to the morphology of territory which is predominantly mountainous.
