The delicate and delicious pork meat finds its best expression in this ham. It is produced by one of the few remaining artisans from S. Daniele. This ham has nothing to do with industrial products: its genuine taste is the result of a skilful and long natural ageing. You can choose between two PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) varieties: whole with bone or whole without bone.
