After accurate researches, “Le Thujae di Villa Carel” has selected a company, operating in the Fields of cattle-breeding and sausage manufacture since 1900.

The products are the result of the synthesis between ancient artisan traditions handed on from generation to generation, and modern knowledge in the field of pork processing.

The cattle are exclusively bred by the same company itself, they are fed naturally and are grown according to rigorous quality standards.

The meat is slaughtered and processed in a functional and modern plant, where the human’s mastery and experience are combined with the selection of fine aromatic ingredients, in order to recreate ancient flavours.

Strengthened by such a knowledge and by the genuineness of our products, through this brochure we would like to introduce the range of our offer.

The use of ancient processing methods, the respect for the natural ripening cycle of meat, the cutting, the ingredients mix and the hands of skilful experts complete the artisan production process, which results in an easily digestible and delicious product.

Our sausages are produced with natural seasoning and then stuffed into natural casings; the ageing takes place in humidity and temperature controlled rooms.
